I used to enjoy their service, but it's gone downhill over the last year. I took my jeep in for an oil change last year, and was told they couldn't do it because they had to train someone to do it first. Considering I've done it myself in the past, it's not a hard thing to do. Yesterday, I took it in for an oil change and to get a heat shield to stop rattling around my muffler. They said they couldn't find it, although it took me two seconds to find and reproduce the sound. Anyway, I must thank them for not doing the work. I fixed it myself for $7.36, which is a lot cheaper than what I would have been charged.
