Five weeks of trying to schedule a service call for our hot tub and still waiting. Numerous and repeated voicemail messages and conversations with Service Desk go unattended. When finally able to speak with someone, they act as if you never called before, don't remember that you are a customer and admit that they have no control and do not know the whereabouts of the service technician. The technician, after being here at least 3 times in the past, now says he can't find the house, is rude, curses, tells me that maybe I will have to find someone else, that I'm not his customer, and sorry for my luck. Not allowed to speak with the owner(s).
Bought a Cal Spa Hot Tub from them in September, and every part of the experience has been great. Great follow up and great customer service! I highly recommend them.
I think the past complaints (or whining) in reviews should pass away in response and service improvements "Tubs" have done. I too got no response to my first call for service (not for a "hot tub" but to open my swimming pool) last summer, so I got someone else to open it. Then I got this place to service, and then close my pool, better, and at a better price than the competitor did. Give them a shot. Give them a call. Tracy in the office is terrific. They'll computer test your pool water for free. Told them to add "pools" to "hot tubs" in their name and game.
I've never had a problem dealing with Chris or Walt (RIP). If you don't have something nice to say...maybe you should refrain from posting your negativity!
Terrible customer service. Never again! Also found out we have been paying way too much for chemicals.
